Enquiry for Product
We understand that trust needs to be built over time and needs to be earned. As a first step towards earning your trust do let us now what kind of products you are keen to explore and we can work towards developing them for you.
There are numerous advantages of using plastics over metals in almost every sector. Due to the commodity cost, labor intensive work, longer lead times metals are rapidly being replaced by different compounds of plastic.
We encourage you to send us queries for any parts for which you would like to examine the feasibility of plastic manufacturing. With detail product drawings we could examine and develop a better plastic equivalent.
There are 3 main reasons why we encourage our clients to move from metals to plastics :
Better Product -
More intricate shapes are possible with plastics.
Increased strength and durability.
Effectively maintain smaller tolerances.
Reduced Costs -
Negligible wastage of raw materials.
Lesser maintenance costs.
Reduced production stages.
Lesser Lead Times -
Faster and more consistent manufacturing process.
Shorter productions cycles mean shorter reorder cycles and hence less stock on shelves.
